This is the base of Bridalveil Fall. Bridalveil Fall is called Pohono, "spirit of the puffing wind,"
by the Ahwahneechee. The falling water is blown from side to side
by wind swirls about the cliff causing the water to fall in a
delicate free-fall. Bridalveil Fall is the height of a 62-story
